If you’ve ever struggled with a personality disorder, you know intimately the level of discrimination and biases that are faced, even in the mental health field. That’s why offering a nonjudgemental space for you to feel free to show up exactly as you are is paramount to me.

You are the expert on your life and the owner of your story, and my practice is built on an ethos of community care in which individuals are treated with respect and compassionate curiosity. I am an advocate before I’m a therapist, and prioritize establishing an environment of safety and trust.
